No response to several requests

I have rented a car from Europcar at the KIng Shaka Airport from 24 Feb to 1 March. On my arrival it was clear they didn't have a car in the class that I've booked and first tried to upgrade me to an automatic car and on my refusal upgraded me to a so-called 4x4 - which turned out to be without power in hilly KZN and eating fuel.
I've returned the car on 1 March. Despite the fact that I've said from the beginning that the company is paying for it and I need an invoice in the company's name, and soon as I need to reclaim it from the client, I am still waiting for a tax invoice. I have sent numerous requests and after some requests managed to get a pro forma invoice, in my personal name. Despite several further requests and even threatening to report them to SARS for not providing valid tax invoices to customers, I am still waiting. I cannot deduct this expense in my French company, as I have no valid tax invoice.
I have never experienced such bad service and despite Europcar being my preferred car rental company in the past, I'll never make use of them again!
