Cancelled account - still charging

I cancelled this account on 2013/04/15 in writing. The number was finally cancelled the end of June - why it takes two months to end a contract is beyond me. Money was still deducted in June. I queried this and was told that I was invoiced 30 days in arrears. I have now been informed: I will be reimbursed the middle of July and I will be charged again the end of July. Two separate emails. So, clearly MTN have no idea of their own accounting. I have not received a final account. I do not understand why it takes two months notice to end an account. I do not understand why I'm charged still three months after ending an account. I do not understand why I have not received a final account. All of this is highly unsatisfactory.
