NEOTEL REFUSE TO STOP DEBIT ORDER AFTER CANCELLATI

I cancelled my Neotel contract via email and telephonically 1st November 2012, reason they suspended my account even though I never missed a payment as it was on debit order, I received confirmation back that it would be handed over to the accounts department. I mailed and phoned on numerous occasions asking to stop the debit order on my account. I finally put a stop payment on my account as they did not cancel it. I received bank statement for January to find out that they actually changed the amount to a higher amount to put the debit order through as my banking institution said I stopped on an amount from Neotel and they just gave another amount to get it through. This is total. They kept on sending me emails and sms's and even had the audasity of handing me over to their lawyers which I provided proof of cancellation. I have spoken to so many staff members their and find them to be incompetent. I have no idea of how to stop this Company of cancelling my debit order as I no longer use their services anymore and would never use it again. Could you please help.
