Debit order nightmare & worst customer service

After having problems setting up the debit order, all seemed fine. I return to gym after my operation I had a number of embarrassing visits to the gym, every time i tried to go to gym with my 22 month old son I was stopped saying your accounts in arrears in-front off all other clients. I then went to investigate via my bank statement. As clear as day my account was debited on the 1st Oct for both my son & I and the amount was deducted off my total in my account, then 15th the account deducted again and bounced back as i did not have any funds in account due to all my account being paid etc, this account used for debit orders only. I forwarded my statement to the finance department Tracy who never replied until I contacted my sales person, then i received a SNOTTY reply YOUR ACCOUNTS IN ARREARS call call-center! I then called them sent them my statement- I WAIT 2 DAYS NO REPLY, so I resend email asking for news, the reply from Thandeka YOUR ACCOUNTS IN ARREARS? Im annoyed at this stage as I have sent screen shots with what is CLEAR that the money went off? To date not reply on emails, calls and I have NOT been able to gym in 1 month! What am i paying for!
