Ineffective servicing

Our alarm has been faulty for about 3 weeks, making a loud clicking noise in the middle of the night, waking the whole household. We have had technicians come in twice (replacing the battery the first time, and radio the second), and last night the problem happened again. This afternoon, when speaking to the service department, they declined to send out a service technician without us paying ANOTHER call out fee, even though the original problem is still existing, as we had to disconnect the receiver wire in the middle of the night to get to sleep, and they view this as tampering with the system. I will take great pleasure in calling the call centre tomorrow morning to cancel our service, as I'm tired of incompetent and "what do you think you're going to do about it? " attitude and service.
