ADT's the worst!

Alarm goes 10 times a night when the wind blows (Its Cape Town), find the front door sensor the problem. So instead of ADT fixing the problem, they rather phone 10 times a night right through as if we don't sleep. So know every criminal in the area knows our alarm is faulty, but still ADT don't fix it. Just keep wasting their resources on sending response units instead of fixing the problem. Now every morning or when ever I open up, the alarm goes of instantly. Been happening now for 2 weeks, ADT just sends a response unit out. Keep on asking for technical to come and fix, but no. Now the last week I stopped giving my code and name to the reaction unit thinking maybe they would do something, but guess what. They just say OK thank you bye and leave. They don't phone to find out nothing. So now I learned that if you break into a place and ADT responds, just say the alarm is faulty and you are not going to give your name and the code and they just leave. So you can happily and on your own time rob a place. Really pathetic service. No wonder a lot of company's are cancelling their service, we are def next.
