Good morning- I am the pastor of Capital Park Christian Church. We've installed a new alarm system through ADT in March 2013.
The person who did the installion (Abednego-technician) didn't give us a plan of which area every monitor works. So when the alarm goes off we don't know in which place (church, hall, several offices and kitchen etc) the problem was. We've asked them several times to do it which they just ignore..
Since they installed the alarm it goes off day and night. Several tecjnicians has been there but it still does the same. There is no disturbance of any kind in the church-it just goes off almost every day or night.
I live about 5 km away from the church. We've asked them not to phone us when the alarm goes off, but to go and check and if something is wrong. They ignore this and phone us sometimes in the middle of the night. We've had several appointments with Mr. Danie Malan (senior) which he totally ignores. On Friday 27 September we had a appointment with him 10 a.m -he didn't come or phone. When Mr. Rautenbach (elder) phoned him later (12 oclock) he said we will definetly see them after 2 oc clock-he didn't come. We want money back or new alarm.
