No feedback after request for quotation, Cape Town

Good day,

I recently had my security gate removed to install a new door and now I need the gate reinstalled. I have called the call center 3 times now asking for a quotation on the job and every time I get no call back or reply.

I am very disappointed with the service and competency of the call center operators.

Please may I have some feedback from a contractor and NOT a call center operator.
