Generators keep Woodhill Lavender awake at night

Parkview Centre (that was built after Woodhill Lavender Estate was established!) decided to put their generators right next to the houses. The result is that the generators activate in the middle of the night waking the estate. The noise goes on for hours - even while the rest of Moreleta Park has power. Last night it went on at 3.00 and it is now 10.45 and it is still going strong! The decibells of the noise measures 70 decibells in our bedroom alone, and 80 in our garden. We have taken this up with them, and asked if they can move it to the side of the centre facing the Kimiad golf course in order to get some sleep at night with no response from them.
Pretor's Attorneys has come before to measure the noise levels, finding it above the acceptable limit, but with no response to do something about it from Parkview's side.

This is disturbing our peace in an on going bases and keep us from a good night's rest. Woodhill Lavender Estate has a lot of young families and everyone is very upset about this disturbance. Can something please be done ASAP! A complaint has also been laid with City Council but with no avail!
