Pathetic service, false advertising!!!

I triggered my alarm by accident on 15/7 and didn't receive a call from ATD so I phoned to enquire. Was told they received no signal and then tested my alarm the very same morning. No signal received! Told that they emailed the technician to look into it but a day later and no response. Numerous calls later still no proper feedback, just waiting for the technician to call by the end of today but that never happened. I have a contract for armed response. So in the event that my house is broken into and insurance does not cover it due to ADT not receiving a signal I will hold ADT accountable and go to court if I have to. Further still I have contacted Gale who I signed the contract with numerous times for a copy of the contract which I signed in May and to date no copy. You are falsely advertising by stating on your website "Helping you protect you, your home and your loved ones 24/7" cos my home is not protected. Maybe this should go to the advertising standards authority then your service will improve. You are also breaching the consumer protection act by not providing me with a copy of the contract. I expect this matter resolved immediately before I take further action.
