On the 27th of December last year i received a call from the call centre with regards to a debit order that didn't go off on my account, i requested the agent to sms the banking details where i can make a deposit and i also requested for the debit order date to be changed. I never received an sms with the banking details. On the 8th of March i sent an email to ADT requesting confirmation of the debit order date as well as confirmation if the debit order has gone off successfully, Jonathan King replied to say the debit order was changed and the debit order did go off. On the 30th of May i received a call from ADT advising my account is outstanding for Jan and Feb? Jonathan advised me to ignore all calls and sms's. After receiving another call from the call centre Jonathan confirmed that the outstanding account is for November, after the call in December I'm still waiting for the sms from ADT in order for me to deposit the instalment for November. Funny enough i received a letter from ADT in this week stating the account is due for Jan and Feb?? What is going on here? Does ADT not know what is going on in their accounts?? I want this contract cancelled!!!
