Alarm went off and no response from adt

I installed a electric fence 6 months ago had it linked to my alarm which is monitored by adt. My electric fence alarm went off two weeks ago and I found it strange that no one from adt called me I then called in and the operator then said she didn't see any signal come in, She advised me to contact the company that linked it to adt or the other reason they might of not gotten the signal was because the alarm needs to sound for more than 10 sec for them to pick up a signal which I thought to be absolute rubbish. I then called in a alarm technician (paid A call out free of R300 which I want adt to reimburse me) to have a look into the matter as to why the fence alarm is not sending a signal through to adt when triggered, he tested it and said that the radio signal went through we then waited and waited and no one called after 5-6 min I called in to find out if they got the signal the operator then said they got the signal 5 min ago but she's not sure why I didn't get a call..

In you business there is no room for era, peoples lives are at stake, I pay a premium every month and I expect adt to be there for me and my family, which in this case u failed me.
