Banking details, too big of a task to handle!

I joined Discovery earlier this year, in March. I joined, medical, life, card and invest. The Invest department is the only department I have been having trouble with since the beginning. At 1st they couldn't get the debit order date right. Then they skipped one month and did a double debit the next month without any notification.
I changed my banking details in early August. I sent them the necessary documentation to update my banking details, before the next month end. I notified them 3 weeks before the next debit was to go off, I'd say, well in advance! I received a confirmation email that my banking details had been changed. Come month end, I received a notify me sms from my old bank saying my debit order didn't go through due to insufficient funds. I emailed them, I got another confirmation email stating that my banking details had been changed and that the debit did go off my new account. Soon after I got another email saying my payments are behind, suddenly no one knows what happened. They just did another double debit, without my permission. All this after I clearly told them, in writing it was not ok to do a double debit this month. Can they get nothing right? What now???
