Contract cancelled - debit order still running

On the 27th of March I requested that my contract be cancelled. The cancellation amount was paid and payment confirmation sent on the same day. The last debit order run was confirmed to be on the 1st of April.

All confirmation was done via phone and email.

On the 1st of May the debit order goes off against my account. I requested information as to why it happened and that the money incorrectly debited from my account be returned. Yesterday I phoned and emailed Danielle and till now, I have not even received a response from her or anyone at the gym.

All I want is my money back in my account and confirmation that the contract has been cancelled as discussed on the 27th of March 2013.
