I have been querying a complaint with ADT accounts over 6 months regarding an amount of R3000.00 that I am in arrears with this included an installation fee. Which we paid to the supplier (ADT).

When we applied for the security system I quoted R 2630.14 pending a credit check, they then called me to tell me that I do not qualify for a new system so they will install for me a refurbished system for the amount that I had already deposited direct in to their account which was R1100.00.

They now tell me that I owe them for the amount of the new system, I have lodged so many disputes and complaints regarding this matter.

I have tons of e-mails that I have been sending to their accounts department to query this matteer, when I call they keep telling me that they will investigate.

To my surprise today I wake up and R 1413.00 has been debited from account through a collection company called NUDEBT Collection under the reference number ADT INT00325N 130625. When I called them they said they got permission from ADT to debit, at no point did ADT call, sms or e-mail me to tell me or talk to me about this matter.

I need my money back, you cant just take money from my account!!! IN
