ADT AGAIN (this has become the norm) - Same drama

14/10/2011 - Eve Munisami - to quote her response to me (TAKE NOTE OF THE DATE)..."We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated the 08 September 2011 and your request has been noted. Our Relocations Agent will ensure that the necessary arrangements are made as requested"

Yet ADT went ahead to the Bureau advising that I owe R24. Surely the Bureau did not "invent" this R24.00

Amoung other emails, let me highlight the following :>

05/06/13 - request for apology - which was promised verbally - NOTHING received.
06/06/13, email complaining about lack of feedback sent to ADT - No improvement
07/06/13, email to ADT advising them I have informed my HR, as this has implications
11/06/13, another email following up - No feedback - email ignored!!!
14/06/13, almost on bended knee to ADT (advising ADT that I am going to Hello Peter)

4 recipients within ADT have been on my mailing list (all email address details are valid)

I am at the end of my rope. Thanks ADT... thank you!
