Ive sent an enquiry to Fedhealth in Jan 2013. I received an electronic response back stating they will contact me. WEEKS later I still heard nothing & mailed again. Received another electronic response advising a consultant will get back to me. WEEKS later still NOTHING - I called & held on the line 4 ever, explained the situation AGAIN & was asked to please email the enquiry to a different dept including a letter from my Dr. why no one informed me of this with my original request is beyond me. I did as requested & HEARD NOTHING BACK AFTER WEEKS. I emailed the same mail AGAIN & still NOTHING.By now Im considering this process & insurance company to be nothing but a JOKE. Happy to accept our monthly premiums but no service should you have an enquiry thereafter. FINALLY 10 June I received an email response advising my enquiry will not be considered. I requested more detail & someone to contact me as Im not satisfied with this response to my valid reasoning to my claim. Yet again, Ive received nothing back. 7 months since my initial email request & Im yet to receive a telephone call & some customer service from authority explaning the rationale behind their decision. Shame on u
