ADT security illegally debit your bank account!!!

DO NOT USE ADT SECURITY - THEY DEBIT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY - we entered into a MONTH TO MONTH agreement with ADT security and we did not sign any of the terms and conditions at the back of the application form. The terms and conditions are applicable to the CONTRACTS ONLY -- we paid ADT each month in advance, with a deposit at the beginning of the agreement. We have cancelled the ADT service, and now ADT are continuing to debit our bank account illegally - Yaanum Naaidoo at ADT claims that they will hold us liable based on the terms and conditions WHICH WE NEVER SIGNED, NOR WERE RESPONSIBLE TO SIGN -- and continue to debit our account -- DO NOT USE ADT SECURITY YOU WILL NEVER GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM, AND THEY WILL BLACK LIST YOU BASED ON FALSE CLAIMS IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!
