Hi,

We purchased some gates which were quite pricey from Defendoor and had them install it, the gates are now rusting and were badly installed. I reported this to Tim at Defendoor who asked me to report it to the director Damien. A week later I got an sms where i was told that Defendoor had used a 3rd party to build and install the gates and were not responsible for them.

1.) We did not hire the contractors to do the work we hired Defendoor
2.) Tim or Damien didn't have the stones to actual call or speak to me instead we had an sms

I would not recommend dealing with this company as we had to wait months for a gate to be installed and the company nearly went bankrupt and were still selling there products in clear knowledge that clients being sold these gates possible would not get them at all. Do not trust this company or the people who work there.
