I emailed her regarding my vehicle finance on the 30/01/2013 and she responded on the 31/01/2013 advising that I would get feedback no later than the 04/02/2013. To my dismay 2months had passed and I sent a follow up email on the 28/03/2013 advising that I would get feedback by the 04/02/2013 and still no response. Once again a response received requesting information to attend to my query and off course my response was blunt from complete and utter annoyance. It's been 4months she never bothered to attend to my query nor refer it to someone who would be able to assist me. I lodged a complaint with MFC Complaints on the 02/05/2013 and my email was not even read, same email submitted to complaints again on the 10/05/2013. I had eventually forwarded my email to someone who assisted me from the Debt Management Department and he forwarded the email to MFC Complaints making it my 3rd email request for assistance on my query. It took almost 4months for MFC to send me a response pertaining to my query with a proposal which I declined. Motor Finance Corporation need to appoint more helpful/skilled professionals who handle clients with care and take their clients needs more seriously.
