NO RESPONSE YET AFTER COMPLAINT WAS LODGED!!!

Today is already a WEEK later that i complaint about ADT. No one from ADT has contacted me or even send a email to give me feedback. Are they NOT taken this matter seriously, or are we just another number on their client list!???!!! Seriously, more pathetic service than this i can not think about!!!
