First complaint on Helopeter dated : 11 July 2013.
Claim number 2262310, i have been trying for 2 weeks to resolve this matter of poor workmanship that has been done after hail storm damage. Various emails and telephone calls and still nothing. Nobody return my calls and Elsabe (the supervisor) is never available. I will now send an email to have it repaired by another contractor and will forward that bill to absa should this not be resolved. I am disabled and unemployed. I cannot afford to keep calling every singly day.

Today it's the 17th, and still no possitive feedback has been received. I was contacted and promised that this will be resolved. Just another EMPTY promise. I am now awaiting the useless response from ABSA. I will now take this matter further and plan on reporting this to the insurance ombutsman as it's almost a year and still nothing has been resolved. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC
