A week later and no-one from Edcon Group has bothered to contact me with respect to my complaint lodged a week ago regarding my fridge that has been damaged by Edcon service provider SOL Appliance Repair Services. I have been without a fridge since 28 November 2012!
Only response received from Edcon to my last complaint, 4th complaint, lodged a week ago is a standard cover email to say I will be contacted within 48 hours. Is this the kind of service one should expect from a company like this? Please help.
