Still no response after 72hrs

I put up a complaint on the 14th March 2013 about an incident that happened on the 4th March 2013. I was told that I will have feedback within 72 hours. I'm still waiting as 8ta hasn't contacted me to give me any feedback. The only response I had was that the "matter is still being investigated".and that was after I put the complaint here!

This is really pathetic service! Why would I continue using any of their products???
