After 6 calls i made no feedback

Good day.

I have been in contact with ADT since 12 clock on friday 7 June. I requested a technician to check our alarm. The lady i spoke to mentioned that there are no tecs and they will send out a tech on monday (Today) i then called again on friday evening and I spoke to various people who mentioned that they will ask the manager to return my call including juliet in control room and tasneem in technical. however no one called. they aslo promised that since no techinician could come out on friday they will send patrol cars over the weekend. Well not 1 patrol car was in the area. in actuall fact i have never seen any patrol cars since the inception of this policy! it was also mentoned that a fee will be charged to get a techinicin out. Well this wasnt explained when the contract was taken out - please see section 54 of CPA!

When calling today tasneem advised me that the only time a tech will be available is on 12 June -SERIOUSLY? What happend to sending a tec out on Monday?
Please ensure that someone call me with all the relevant information! this is pathetic as we pay for your service.
