Lack of interest

I have phone the call centre on 3 different occasions, to date I have not had a call back re my query. I phoned again today being my 3rd call and was told by Oliver that a sales person would call me back with in the hour... still waiting for that call. Oliver then transferred me to Bernard, whom I have left a message for previously and still waiting for a call back on this and today's message I left for Bernard. Obviously Maxidor is not interested in my business. So it seems I am going to have to take my business elsewhere.
