3 Weeks to complete a small instalation?

Hello Maxidor

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for your technicians to come and install the rest of my Maxidor burglar proofing, however your 1st installer Phillip made a small installation and left within and hour of being there!! Then he was supposed to show up on Saturday (3Weeks ago) and he doesn't show up, and he doesn't even call! I the got another Maxidor installer named Morne to come and finish the job, however they just got halfway and had to leave as it was late. I have been to for the last 2 weeks by your agents not showing up at all to complete installations or even calling me to let me know what's happening, I spent 3 weekends waiting fro no service at all!!! I am now fed-up, you (Maxidor) have an ISO 9001 Certification that holds you accountable for service between you and your client, however none of that has been done according to the certification you have been given. Why do I have to call your installers every time, and why cant they let e know they aren't coming through? I am appalled and ashamed and feel that this is not the type of service a client deserves. Your motto is "We Care" start acting like you do, even if you really don't!!!
