After Maxidor had been to my place twice, my installation is still incomplete! On the first occasion incorrect sizes were made, and when the technician brought the correct size 2 screws broke and there is still a panel missing! I contacted Maxidor on 16 May and spoke to the CS Manager & she said that they were not aware that it was incomplete - the technician did not hand his book in from the previous week. We had then made arrangements for him to come through on Sat 18 May at 9am... but he did not pitch.

We are extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) that we have received from Maxidor. It has also greatly inconvenienced us as we have had to set aside time for additional work to be done over weekends and a no show from Maxidor shows total disregard towards customer service.

Unfortunately our experience with Maxidor has been frustrating. All that we want now is for the job to be completed as per the contractual agreement.
