No signal to control room

Hi All. I am an ex Sentry officer control room member i then i became an ADT resp officer when it was bought over. For some reasons a pervert phoned threatening my wife. My wife pressed the panic fearing he was nearby and not a call was made to her nor any car came out. (In Oct i shot 2 hijackers). She called ADT and said she spoke to an Ashley, "Ashley asked her to press the panic button for 3 seconds and confirmed that she received the panic signal and loaded some drive pasts". Today i took long to press in the code and no one phoned, i called in and spoke to Penelope, who was leaving and gave the phone to Nomsa, i then spoke to the Supervisor Dalene. Dalene confirmed the house radio from inception never sent any signal to the control room. I demanded they send a technician and i want a credit note for those dummy days. Dalene said i must pay R600 for a technican, when its a rental basis as per contract terms. The alarm was NEVER installed in the FIRST place in a working condition, whose at fault? Am i to blame? I wish Rudi and Gerhad Vermaak should hear of this, i have e-mailed Danna Strydom lets see if corporate governance is displayed from the top down. ADT walk the talk pls.
