Poor after sales service

I've been trying to book a service on my gates since 23 Jan 2013. Nobody return emails or calls. Initially I was dealing with a lady for almost a month who kept promising me that the service will be done the next week. Then I was told she was in sales and that I must speak to someone else to book this service. Perhaps this could be an internal problem with Maxidor where the responsibilities of duties are not properly understood.
The next month I speak to the right person and arranged a service on 27/03/2013 first thing in the morning. I specifically mentioned that nobody will be home in the afternoon. Nobody from Maxidor pitches. In the afternoon the guy responsible for the service calls me as he is at my gate. Again the message was not passed properly to the service team.
When I try to arrange another service date I'm told the installer is off sick and Maxidor will call me to make the booking on his return. Two weeks have since gone by.
These are the kind of excuses and professionalism you would expect from someone in school. One of the Maxidor mission statement is best service and super efficient. Surely Maxidor should aspire to live their mission. Very disappointing.
