Contact new sales and you receive and operator to help you after waiting only seconds. Contact existing clients and I waited 15 minutes before giving up on 2 occasions. Left a message to be contacted last week Thursday and still waiting. Left another message today and still waiting after 3 hours.

I am a corporate client and this service is unacceptable. You will lose an entire business of contracts because you can't return a simple phone call.
