Adt compliant follow-up

Since my last communication: my compliant about ADT, which was last month, I have not recieved any communication about my matter. Last week I recieved a bill which is much higher than the previous one > it seems like they are charging me for the use of the radio that have not been connected for months, i disconnected it as they are not interested in sending a consultant to discuss my problem. What do i do, i do not have the funds to pay and they keep billing me a high and high amount??
