I had given up on Netstar. All I wanted to do was cancel my contract and put bad service behind me.
Yesterday I called and spoke to Sharleen, who managed to change my mind. Not only did she give me my options on how to resolve my problems, but updated my details, informed me that my banking details needed to be updated as my debit order goes off my credit card which has expired.
Now all that is left is for me to decide on the new package I want and for Netstar to fix my unit.
