At 6:31pm today, alarm was activated, a signal went through to the control room. But no one phoned me, or no. 2 or 3 on my list. Current excuse is shift changes at 7pm. Apparently armed response was dispatched. No note in post box and no one here when I got home at approx 7:15pm. Spoke to supervisor who will follow up with day shift supervisor tomorrow. Unacceptable! Must an ADT client plan to not be burgled when the control room is changing shift??!!!
