Your Claim - Always There, Really?

So my wife arrives home just after 5 and accidentally triggers the alarm. So she does not receive any call from the control room. I arrive home 15 minutes later and was advised that no call and no response vehicle. 45 Minutes later the dispatch vehicle arrives (meaning the signal was transmitted to the control room). I then spoke to Jerome to get more intel as to how ADT works.

Here goes. The area has 1 vehicle that looks after Pelican Park, Eagle Park, (i only assume Pelican Heights), Standfontein, Bay View, On the Bay, Seacrest and San Remo. Now there is a break time where new staff start, this means that the next shift must take over this response vehicle. This vehicle change is done at Peak Hour Traffic in Busy Corner Grassy Park, this being about 12 kilometers away. So there is at least 45 minutes that the area is exposed.

Michael Adams how are we going to rectify this? Why is it that we are charged more, due to the increase in fuel price and the vehiles do nor patrol, mainly standing at the fast food joints, are these companies paying for ADT.

Do we (Stranfontein) look at Trust Loss Control to take over as they are locally based and would probably appreciate the support.
