With regards to the very unsatisfactory response i received from Tracetec, as i stated in my complaint that no one told me the debit order run was already loaded when i changed my banking details. If they had told me i would have made provision for the debit orders before the account was closed. As such it is lack of communication and bad service that resulted in my incurring horrendous bank charges. It shows just how well Tracetec listens to people, because in the complaint i said that I incurred bank fees of R138 per debit order that bounced and considering you tried to take 2 of them it was not R138 but in fact a total of R276. I mean it was in writing so i am not sure why it was read correctly. Besides the fact that u refuse to repay those charges and claim responsibility for the fact that you cannot communicate and inform your clients of things, just shows me that you are not a company i want to deal with any longer. i will be cancelling my contract with you and i WILL NOT be giving you a month's notice! You are the most arrogant company i have ever come across & you cant even take responsibility for the fact that your staff cannot & do not communicate with your clients
