No protection from ADT

I have been with ADT for some years now and never had problems, but since I've relocated in Nov 2011 my problems started. For the past 16 months I did not have any armed response from ADT, meaning that my alarm is not connected to their control room at all. Numerous calls and complaints and letters to them with no response back. I'm feeling lost!!!
In June 2012 my wife was attacked by 5 men in our driveway and the community came to rescue. The control room did send technicians, but they claim in my suburb it's difficult to get signal. Some zones in my house are out of order after they left and still no remote protection. I think the technicians used are contractors to ADT and some does not have any qualifications. ADT does not even have a follow up call to hear if we are happy with the technician's service. I have panic buttons, remote alarms ext, but to no avail cause I have no assistance from ADT because I'm not connected to their control room. It's sick, it's really sick.
