"Who cares! " attitude

I had the misfortune of signing up with Londoloza for the past year and a half. When I first signed up, I was told they have a reaction car based near my home and could guarantee swift response times. All went well for a month or two and then whe wheels came off. Besides numerous duplicate debit orders that I have had to follow up on, response times have been ridiculous. The last 3 instances when my alarm was triggered, response times were never less than 45min, with the longest been an hour and a half. You call the control room and they say the response car say they are outside my home but no one is there. You call again and then they apparently are in my road and 20min later got lost?? After the 4th call to the control room you ask to speak to a Supervisor who takes your call, says he will call back and then puts his phone off. I have on each occasion asked the control room to get Management (Alan) to call me to discuss this - this has never materialised. I have today cancelled my services which is long overdue. It seems they have more cars on the side of the road for advertising than they actually have on standby. Horrendous service!!
