Savika guard on property- no alarm/panic activated

On Sat 27/07 at 2h30 I was called by the security solutions company that I hired to stem the attempts at burglary and home invation activities that were occuring on my residential property for the last few months. The Savika guard David claimed that the alarm was activated and that he was told to attend. I called the radio room (Paul the Mnager on Shift) knew nothing of an alarm and he said his people were not on site. I confirmed that it was therir guard and asked for a Supervisor. Peterson their supervisor met me, and said the guard entered because it was dark and their was no lights on and that he did not inform the radio room and call for backup. Due to the 3 different stories, I went to their offices in Sunninghill, I was not given the log-no printer, could not e mail it to me and Paul refused to give me the contact details of his Manager. I managed to get Trevor, the Operational manager's details, via an alternated route. At least 6 hrs later he was clueless. There is no management and control of personnel, communication is appaling, their staff is childish and calls people names when they are caught out, processes are not followed. Shocking standards, dont use this company.
