ADT POOR Service and waiting for refund!!!

I lost my keys and asked ADT to please bring me another remote control for my alarm. They quoted me on a new remote control and then when they installed it they over charged me with R220. They had to come back the next day as the new remote did not work properly.

I then saw the amount was wrong and contacted them to rectify. I did not pay then as I still had a query on the services they did. About a month went by with no reply from ADT. One morning i woke up and saw that they deducted the entire amount of my bank account without my consent, as they have my banking details because I pay them monthly via debit order.

This happened in beginning of April and since then I am trying to get the R220 paid back to me. I phoned them at first but got cut off every time their call centre put me on hold. This happened more than 4 times. I then got through eventually and they confirmed that they paid the R220 into my account on the 2nd May 2013. I then checked my bank account ad this was not done. I then struggled again to get hold of them, and are still waiting now for more than a week for feedback!!! What Now?
