Just keep on deducting Money

Good day

ADT Keep deducting money and never pay it back. Only promises and some of that money are outstanding for 6 weeks.

At 02/04/2013 they deducted a R220 for over active alarm that was caused by my back door that they came to repair so I spoke to Rassie Erasmus at ADT Witbank he said I don't have to worry about it and they still deducted the money. The account department promised they would pay it back. I am still waiting for it.

So on 4 April we send our one month notice trough to the account department, after we always have problems with our accounts and alarm system repairs.

And on the Around the 2/05/2013 they deducted another month money I phoned the account department again and said they are sorry and will forward it to get paid back that was on 03/05/2013 and still my money of R220.64 & R364.16 are outstanding.

Do you see why I left ADT?
