Pathetic Service

We have contacted ADT inconnection with out home and company as our alarms are not working and we want to change our contracts, we have phoned and emailed on a continous basis and no one has come back to me! There service is phathetic!

When i phone the call centre they tell me that there staff have given me the wrrong details! No one knows whats going on there!
