I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I have received from one of ADT's dealers (Capital Alarms), the person responsible being Martin van Den Berg. I had an alarm system installed a week ago and I've had an uphill battle with the services of Martin. When they fitted the alarm I requested 2 panic remotes and a receiver which I paid R650.09 for in order to activate and de activate my alarm whilst outside the house. The receiver on this unit was faulty as my garage remote control could also pick up the frequency of the alarm and this was a concern to me as both my gate and garage remote controls now also controlled the alarm. Martin collected the remote controls and receiver from me Wednesday 08/05/13.He promised me that my refund for the remotes would be in my account the following day. It is now Monday 20/05/13 and still the refund has not been done. I spoke to Martin about 5 or 6 times since Friday and each and every time I called him he promised he would get back to me and never does.. I am fed up with this pathetic service. What do I have to do to get my money refunded as I even told Martin that I am willing to pick the money up personally.
