Overcharging and bad service

When I register for alarm service they sent a technician to verify that the alarm system was working and he confirmed that it was in working order but their gate remote wasn't working. The tech had to come back to install a receiver so that their remote works. He never came back, a week after the alarm started going off and they sent the security to check but there was nothing wrong. this happened a couple of times almost for 2 months and nothing was found to be wrong. they suggested that I log a call and they will send a tech to check what was wrong. he came and changed the resistor and 2 days later it started happening again. This is the same tech that has been working on it. I had to log a call again, then they started charging me extra money. They said the reason for that is its a forced alarm but I was never told that is how it works. I also queried about the gate receiver they said I have pay 1st but I was never told that. I paid R355 for that then it was installed. Even after the installation the remote never worked and I asked for my money back but it was not refunded and its the remote is still not working and they keep saying its still in process, its been 2months now
