Sheer incompetence at all levels

I contracted Thompsons for their armed response for my residential home in a complex.

- They typically responded 40 minutes to 1 hour late. Someone needs 5 minutes to break in and 15 minutes to clear the place.
- Frequently would not arrive at all.
- Their technical staff would just not pitch up when scheduled to fix issues which they created more of when they actually did arrive.
- Their technical staff would make mistakes, then imply they did you a favor and ask for money for their troubles.
- I cancelled my account via mail and phoned to confirm cancellation. They still think I'm a customer and haven't collected their transmission equipment yet.

The entire company appears to be falling apart. I made a complaint around response and I was met with the response manager. The response times improved for a week or so and then they would decline to normal. I don't think they review their performance at all!!

If you cant respond on time, never mind your administration incompetence in cancelling an account or installing your product, how on earth do you keep your doors open every month when you have so much competition who get the job done properly?
