Breaking and robbering

Am reporting ADT for worst service i have received from them in two months, 1st it was buglary that took place on the 09/03/2012 and i requested a report for alarm activation and they didnt give me what i requested but a response report.now there was buglary again at my house on the 09/05/2013 and i requested the same report since the 9th i havent received nor notified of this report,

there is lot of discrepency from what took place on the 9th of may and i will want to know why this were done that way.is either they give me that report and explain to me why there was such discrepencies or buy me my stuff, i cant be paying for the service i dont get.or is either they terminate my contract with them.
i need that report, am tired of poor service am receiving while this people apologises and not buying me what is getting at my property while they keep on debiting me every month.
