I pay money for security but i still lost my goods

On the eleventh of June my house located in discovery was broken into and a 50cm Telefunken TV was. The armed response took full seven minutes to be on site. After only beeing phoned by my neigbour. They claim to have called but i did not get any call. Why did they not call the landline as well. In their reports it shows that they did not call the land line, that could have maby scared the buglars. I am disgusted by the fact that the buglars had time to break my window, my door worth 4600 and carry out my 50cm TV and load it into their car before the armed response which i pay so much money arrived. I am very disgusted and would like to be re-imbursed for all my losses. The reason why I pay them is not to have any losses. their report shows they took flippen seven minuites to arrive because there was another buglary somewhere. I dont give a. My child could have been killed or in those seven minutes if she was home. What makes me more mad is that they only responded after my neigblur called them.
