I posted a complaint on 21 April about the bad service that I have been receiving from C-track and everyone jumped and promised that my query will be sorted. The funny part is that no one at the company wants to take responsibility for the lack of service, instead they shift the blame to a "third party". I have been waiting for feedback from them for the past 2 weeks and today I get a notification of their "update" on Hellopeter to contact Monique at their West Rand Branch. Funny part is that no one even bothered to pick up the phone and call me. I last spoke to Monique two weeks ago when I notified her that I am based in Centurion and I can only take my car to a fitment centre in the Centurion area. She said she would call their branch in Menlyn to find out when I can take my car in. Its been 2 weeks and no feedback from her. So, imagine my suprise when I am now told that I have to call her. Really??? This has really gone beyond pathetic...
