I requested my vehicles Natis document be sent to the Nedbank branch in Centurion Mall. I was told that the document would be delivered within 3-5 working days. After 3 weeks, I went to the branch, and was greeted by the worst enquiries clerk ever!
1. Even though I have a reference number, the branch has to contact the call centre to find out why the Natis document was not delivered.(How can Nedbank not have integrated systems???)
2. I had to wait for 20 minutes at Enquiries before the call centre answered the call
3. Unfortunately our receptionist as walking around doing other work, and didn't hear that the call centre answering the call, and the call was dropped
4. Glenda (receptionist) then promised to call me for a status update which she did, only to confirm that the call centre has no record of my request.
5. I contacted the call centre myself, and confirmed the reference number, as well as the tracking number of the document that was delivered on the 1st July. How can the branch not pick up any detail, but I can?

Nedbank's systems are a mess, and the staff is very unhelpfull. I'm waiting for feedback, but regardless have to go back to the branch again for collection!
