Pathetic ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

More than a week ago Monique from onque graphics promised me I will have my business cards. Monique informed me that she uses jade printers for all her printing. Yesterday I spoke to Monique about the cards because it is already late. She told me I will have the cards today at 15h00. She called me 15h11 and informed me that JADE PRINTERS PRINTED THE CARDS WRONG. Apparently there was information for someone else on the back of the card. According to Monique jade printers can RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE if I pay an additional R1000. Can you please explain to me why I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE. I spoke to Sean who absolutely refuses to take responsibility. The incompetence at Jade printers has left me in a very awkward position. This is the most unprofessional, unhelpful and idiotic company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In the future PLEASE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES.
